Im running the DiY kit and have everything installed and working properly, the only thing perplexing me is that my fromt fairing on my 2014 SGS wont go back to a factory fit as the 98C compressor hits it. Anyone else ran into this problem?

Nope, because i have it mounted down by the saddlebag on the support.

With the j and r mount? Or did you use the mount that came with the 98c?

Has any one successfully cut down the Monroe or Gabriel shocks to limit the travel to 13"?

I use to have this setup with monroes on my 2007 street glide but with my new 2016 street glide the axle nut hits the exhaust at 13.25 inch extension. I read back in this thread where someone talked about cutting the factory shock down in length. I PM the person with no reply. Has anyone successfully cut down either the Monroe or Gabriel shocks. My thoughts would be to cut the shaft and re-weld the mount back onto the shaft.

Ordered up all my parts yesterday to install on my 2015 SG. I considered going with the CVO lock switch option, but the research I did, it looked to be a little more involved than I cared to tackle. That and I wanted a pressure gauge.
So I opted to go with this "all in one" set-up from Arnott. Mounts under the seat.

I used a viair air gauge and put in the the inner fairing right below gas gauge. 2015 sg.
