You will be better off runnin the 1/8" line to the socks the 1/4" isnt as flexable and is a little bit more of a pain to work with the. The 1/8" will be at that point. Plus with the smaller line less chance of rubbing anything. Cause you want to leave some extra line for movement when ya lower and raise it.

I don't have a list of parts needed, if you do the 1/4" setup, like I did. And that also depends on what kind of dump valve you use, another line for a Schrader valve, gauge or not...
But I used this:
Push to Connect Inline Manifold Union Fitting 1/4" OD by MettleAir: Push To Connect Tube Fittings: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific Push to Connect Inline Manifold Union Fitting 1/4" OD by MettleAir: Push To Connect Tube Fittings: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific
To hooked up left and right shock, gauge, Schrader valve and line to fairing with compressor and dump valve.
I tried to use the least amount of push-to-connect connections, rather then threaded connections, which IMO are easier to seal. All other components can be found by searching for (i.e.) push-to-connect 1/4" OD 1//8" NPT, if you need a 1/8"NPT to 1/4" hose p2c for the compressor or valve to hose connection.

I do not completely agree with some comments about the 1/4" line being more stiff, it works just fine for me.

Best way to go is getting the compressor, valve, shocks and what ever else you want to use. Then check Amazon for SMC fittings, or Airedup.com. I found Amazon to be a better source, and if you order all parts together, you most likely get it shipped free....

BTW, I put about 3000mls on the bike since installing the air suspension, and had zero issues.

I hope that helps.
Thank you

I bought these, and they are the right size, but they stick out way too far. On the right side your either gonna hit the saddlebag, or the brake caliper on full drop. I really want brass fittings for this, but I'm rethinking about just using the 1/8" kit that came with the shocks.

That's odd. Both connectors on my shocks point towards the wheel, not hitting anything. They are not even close to the belt or the caliper...

Thanks guys I am going to buy both 1/8 and 1/4 fittings and see what works the best. I will be doing it soon and will post complete picks of how the install turns out on a 2004 RK.

Ok few more quick questions, have about 90% of the items needed to install this set-up but while sitting in the garage planning install came up with a few more questions, your assistance would be greatly appreciated! I have read that longer bolts will be needed how much longer do I need to go and will grade 8 bolts work? I also have a remote setup and was considering going without a switch (the one I ordered from one of the parts lists on Amason is not a self resetting switch and I am worried about leaving it on. Bike is a 2004 Road King and it looks like I am going to be able to install compressor behind left side cover and I think I can locate the gauge in the cover as well, eliminating the switch with the above should make for a really clean install!

Grade 8 bolts are what you need. You probably won't find them in your hardware store but an extra 1/4 is all you need. Going with an extra 1/2 from Ace or Lowes will work fine. I have the remote control also but I put two momentary switches near the lighter that I use mostly and I can adjust while riding if need be. With the remote control, you have to be sure you turn the solenoid off after dumping or else it will continue to draw power. You can hear a slight click when it turns off.
