Default Kryakyn Grips

I'm about to mount the grips. I understand I get one chance to get it right!
Do you like the inside of your knuckles on the rubber bumps or on the chrome grooves?

I had those on my Honda, loved them. I had the rubber part under the curl of my knuckles. I also used Hairspray at first, then permanently mounted them a month later after I found the position I liked.

Default kuriakin glue NO NO NO!!!!

throw the glue that kuriakin sent you away!!! that stuff sets up almost instantly. Go to Honda and get their grip glue. will give you about a minute to set then let it sit over night and your good to go. Rubber bumps under the knuckle.

Put a piece of masking tape on the grip and on the control housing/bar. Slide the grip on without any glue and adjust it to the position that matches the right grip or feels right (whichever you prefer). Mark both pieces of tape and slide the grip off. When you put the glue on the grip, you know exactly where to put it when you slide it on and align the marks.

I say lose the glue & just use hairspray only. Motocross racers use it & I've never seen their grips come off during a race...

Thanks!
I went with the hair spray route.
How long before it sets up. It still slips after 2 hours?

It must be some special brand of hair spray that works. I picked up some at a convenience store and it didn't work for crap.

The Kury stuff works great - but be sure to cover up anything under the grips that might catch a drip, because that crap is a pain in the butt to get off once it's on there. And some will drip, trust me.
