HD Noob question... Throttle Roll-off Position?

remember that you can only enable/disable your eitms. the ecm itself will activate it only within certain parameters, and once you go outside those parameters, will deactivate it again.
some people get the impression that they can sit there at a stoplight and roll the throttle forward and force shutdown the rear cylinder. in reality, all they are doing is turning the function on or off.
