Replacing Rush Baffles
Go ahead and leave the tape on the baffles during installation, it helps prevent the matting from bunching up. Slightly warming the pipes up will make things much easier when doing a swap. The MSRP is $78.70 for all touring baffles.
I believe the only sponsors on HDForums that carry Rush products are Drago's Bike Works and Dr.V-twin, both are great shops.

Just received a pair of Rush 2" baffles to replace the 1.5" baffles on my '10 Limited. Have the Jackpot ceramic headpipe and Power Vision coming from Fuel Moto, plus the Stage 1 air cleaner. The new baffles are wrapped tighter than a dick's hatband with masking tape I suppose. Do I just install them like they came out of the box? The old ones look like they had some tape on them, but of course came out kind of burnt and the wrapping falling off. Thanks for any input. Jr.
