Also keep in mind those big header pipe to muffler clamps (torca clamps) are only good for one or two tightenings. It's best to replace them after they have been loosened. If you re-use them they will not be able to properly hold the muffler in place. When that happens you can easily slide the muffler around and it will make noise.

These clamps look like a major pos! Where can you get some that will clamp good?

I've had some issues as well...........a little vaseline on the rubber hangers helps a bit as well..............I'm thinking of putting a 2 to one on my bike............fatcat ..........not sure what the hangers are designed like???
