I'm wearing the Dr. Scholl's TX traction boot with steel toe. I find them very comfortable and great for riding....

I refuse to wear anything made in china. Thailand is ok, Korea, fine, Mexico is at least the same continent. China, I leave them on the shelf. FuCCk china. Check the label on the tongue of your boot. Especially if you have HD boots. Most of them are mic.
My current boots are my USAF issued, made in USA, Belleville Steel Toed Aerial Port standard suede size 8's. Love 'em. Walked all over BIAP in them. Plus, since they're desert tan, they are very receptive to the sweet black mark the shifter leaves on them. Drove the ops officer crazy, but you can't really clean or polish them!
