My buddy has the harley reverse gear installed on his 2008 Ultra Classic and it works fine. He is an older guy and not that tall, so it really helps him a lot.
I started a husquevarna 2 stroke that had been dead a while by pull starting it with a car. when we got it running I pulled in the clutch immediately revving the motor to keep it running while my buddy untied the rope. I let out the clutch the bike went backwards! my only experience with reverse in a motorcycle. aparantly you can get a 2 stroke to run backwards. I had already had an offer for the "project bike" when I was dragging it home so I called him back and said yes I will take your offer. he never called back about it.

I had forgotten about that. Many moons ago, I had an Allstate Moped that would run backwards. I could push start it backwards and actually ride it that way.
So anyone have any details of installing reverse on their bike?
Does the HD kit work on the Ultra's?
Baker's website doesn't offer anything for the 2011 Ultra Limited.
He wants some details on cost and installation, and I have nothing after doing some research.
