More chargeing problems
Got my bike back today with the new stator rotor. It was back ordered so it finally came in yesterday and it got installed. Picked it up this morning and all seemed well until about half way home and the voltage started to drop at idle again. The voltage measured with a volt meter was only 12.2 vdc. Went back to the dealer and they checked out every thing and could not find any thing wrong but they agreed to change out the volt regulator. Now I have 13.9 to 14.1 volts all the time. So a voltage regulator can check out good but still be bad......

this may not apply, but alot of times the "fix" is in just renewing the connections- I work with electronics and 80% of the time is a dirty connection, loosen, clean, tighten will fix--- same things done when a part is replaced.
