For you guys that went with 10" and didnt change your cables... did you run your wires through the bars? And if you did... were the stock wires long enough?

yup internal wiring - just have to move the clutch cable around under the bracket if i remember correctly and the plugs wont use the little clips on the brackets - i just zipped tied them up and outa the way.
Just for comparison sake, 12" Monkey Bagger Bars are 12" in height, 9" pull back, 36" width.
Prime apes from LA Choppers are 13" in height, 7" pullback, and 39" wide. I think comfort is dependent upon the individual and their personal dimensions with apes. On my softail ( bagger one day when the money appears) I run Carlini 16" Flyin' Apes. I am 5'9" and the height of the bars is really 18", 11" pullback, and 41.5" width. I am super comfy and ride high mileage days all the time.
The position of the bars on a bagger is a bit different as the bagger apes for SG's and such must have a different kind of bend in them to clear the fairing so the comparison is really not fair at all. But, I just want people to know that apes are comfortable for most people.

10" can get by without changing cables or lengthing wiring. On the 12" I use a +6 clutch cable, and extended the wires. I'm not sure on ABS, I do mostly non-abs and usually switch to single disc. The right side is the fun one pulling the harness thru one hole and lining up with the TBW wiring coming in the end. Its TIGHT....
Anyone have a front of bike view and cockpit view of an flux with the 10" monkey bars?
I've been trying to get my dad to bite on a set of these for a while now.
Thanks in advance
Dont have a set of 10" but here is a pic of the PYO 12" might give you some sort of an idea. I absolutely love these bars, very comfortable. The quality of the pics sux, sorry about that.
