Electrical buzzing sound Help

I am noticing a constant electrical buzzing sound that I isolated to the fuel gauge area.
When the ignition and run is on the fuel pump engages then shuts off (as normal) and the buzz is not present. Also, the gauge goes from "E" to the correct fill level.
Once the bike is started the buzzing begins. The gauge light is working and it is registering the fuel level correctly.
This is probably unrelated but I just changed the battery.
Any help would be appreciated. I don't want something to burn up and cost the big bucks if I can prevent it now.

I would suggest the fuel pump
or ignition noise in the radio ( change to awesome mystery extreme performance sparkplugs or wires lately ?)
