I purchased a tuner from little about a month or so ago from Fuel Moto and today was the first time I was able to ride it. I had it programmed for the 3" Hard Krome Res Tech exhaust I put on it and also the stage 1 kit from them. When I was cruising today it seemed to act a little funny on the interstate. When I would go to speed up, I would twist the throttle, then the bike would rev pretty high, take a sec or so to kind of kick in to actually speed up. Almost like it it was searching for the power band or something. Otherwise, the bike started up, idled fine, and ran good, but there is definitely an issue with the top end. Any ideas? The bike didnt run like that before. And I did email Jamie, just curious what you guys think.
A thought to consider is that you are possibly in (Denver) at the mile high elevation and Fuel Moto dynos and provides maps with their elevation. I purchased PCV with auto tune and i am at 3600 ft elevation, i had lots of corrections in the map with auto tune and it runs great now. Elevation does have an effect on tune.
Good luck,
