Indeed,
this is quite refreshing.
Anyone can go borrow 25-30K, have a stealer throw 2-4K worth of candy on it and come to the forum and yap about it.
It's refreshing to see someone taking the time, and pride to go about it the old fashioned way.
Keep the pics coming, gonna be sharp.......
Lookin good brother I just subscribed to this thread. I second the fulsac true dual mod and cfr knock offs. That's what I have on my bike. If you look at through my posts I did a youtube video of the sound which does no justice to hearing it in person. I went from stock to stage 1 for under 500 bucks.
Thanks for the props, I appreciate them all. Hope to have her ready to roll by April/May. All depends on how much time I get at home, and If I can find a few more bucks for the exhaust. I'd hate to put the stock back on, then take it back off mid-summer.
Also need some intake ideas. Not sure I can deal with the stock setup.
subscribed ...awesome work so far ! thats weird i just noticed right outside my office window a guy parks his green camaro ,probably been there daily for months haha that color is going to be awesome on your entire bike !
Your build looks awesome!! Wish I had the time and resources to indulge in a build like this.
I did my exhaust on the cheap by cutting the stock baffles out and welding in a piece of 2 1/8" exhaust tubing cut to 3" long and a bunch of 3/8" holes drilled in it then welded back in the slip on. My bike sounds just as good as any other slip ons I've heard makes awesome torque. It dyno'd out at 75hp/90tq with just a K/N intake and thundermax.
