The last time I emailed Gilbo, about a year ago, he wasn't making the bushings because of a job change. I just emailed him for an update and will report back with any info I get.
Sometimes the racks rattle anyway, which isn't the fault of the bushings but a lack of consistent machining QC of the rack fittings. Mine is loose with the Gilbo bushings and I may measure the rack fitting and have him make a custom set, if he's still doing it.

He's still around and making the bushings but out of town till Thursday. replied to my email right away and has stock available to ship to me once back. Hoping this fixes the problem and it's not a faulty tourpak mounting bracket...
