Lancemchn is right on....I ordered some of these a very long time ago....and they work great.
These will not wear out as fast as the nylon originals....my tour pak clamps down tight everytime, no worries

Sometimes the racks rattle anyway, which isn't the fault of the bushings but a lack of consistent machining QC of the rack fittings. Mine is loose with the Gilbo bushings and I may measure the rack fitting and have him make a custom set, if he's still doing it.

The last time I emailed Gilbo, about a year ago, he wasn't making the bushings because of a job change. I just emailed him for an update and will report back with any info I get.
