Filled up 05 Elec glide tank, now gauge is stuck on full

Filled up 05 Elec glide tank, now gauge is stuck on full
Of course the gauge goes back to empty once the bike is turned off. Can someone explain how to remove the dash panel so I can get to the float?

I had the same thing happen on my 05 FXST. I drained the tank, took it off, and shook it. Put it back on, and all was good. It never did it again. Took me all of 15 minutes.
