There one vendor on this forum that does great work and has decent prices.....but when a certain lady answers the phone I just hang up....she tends to belittle and scream at customers that asks more than two questions.....was my order processed....was my order shipped...do you have a tracking number (screaming starts about now).

Call me crazy, but I would think the Stabo people showed their *** big time when they approaced you for holding out on them. Sometimes when you operate a business you make mistakes. Mostly you have to eat those mistakes. I think the negative publicity here will cost them many times over what the price of the motor mount was, irregardless of where it ended up. Stupid on the retailers part.

Well I applaude the OP for coming on here and telling us his problem. His situation is no different than many hundreds of others here over the years who have come on here in writing to tell us about an event that happened with a purchase that didn't have a happy ending.
Nev-- I would be calling the owner/director/whoever and explain the situation and the poor customer service you received. A reputable owner would want to be informed of such antics by one of their 'reps'...
