Mischler's HD / BMW. Beaver Dam WI. Long time with them not on down side to the relationship. Smaller Dealership still family owned.

Staff knows the regulars. The various departments know me, my bike, how and where I ride. This dealership is 125 miles from where I live, one of the closest in my area. I ride in on the week-ends just to hang out.

I have regular service here. Some warranty service (brake rotors, primary drive, switches in hand grip . . . ) Dyno, and Vance & Hines install . . . Service Dept. is on the ball, along with all the departments.

General Mgr. Mike retired a couple years ago. He's still there most days, still has an office, still pretty much runs the show. (I have no clue what the arrangement is!)

It's not just a dealership, it's a hangout!
I agree!! 'Was riding through there in '13, The Service Department went above and beyond!! Wish Paradise was my home Dealer!!

I know the dealership is going to try and make $... and that's the hole purpose right. But Copper Cannon Harley Davidson in Butte American has my vote for one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership of any kind.

Two around here that I've had to deal with.

Harley of Frederick: https://www.hdoffrederick.com/
Lie cheat and steal is their moto, and they live by it enthusiastically.

Battlefield Harley: https://www.battlefieldharley-davidson.com/
A hang-out place, with a food truck that lives there. Parts are expensive. Customer service is at a discriminatory whim.

Man, talk about bringing back an old thread. I have a bunch of dealers within an hour & a half of home & I've shopped them all when looking for another bike. Have had as much as $3k difference in prices, so I do shop when looking for a new bike:

Seminole HD in Sanford. Absolutely the best prices on new bikes. No dickin' around. Big used selection. Keith is the salesperson to deal with there. Parts guys are great too. Service Dept seems iffy.

Space Coast HD in Palm Bay. Reputed to be the largest volume selling HD dealer in the world. New bike prices are obviously good. Used so-so. Friendly staff all around, & unlike woodthumb2 mentioned, I've found the Parts Dept guys to be fine.

Orlando HD, 3 locations in Orlando. Prices are competitive, if you are willing to spend the time to wheel & deal. Staff was average at best. Probably their locations, with high traffic (cages) make them my last place to shop, if I haven't found a deal.

Gator HD in Leesburg. Smaller family owned dealership. Nice friendly atmosphere. If I end up there, I usually work with Tom. Normally have some older, low mileage bikes in stock.

War Horse HD in Ocala. All my purchases were made through the previous owner. Place is now owned by an auto dealer group is run like a car dealership. Since then, the prices seem to be quite high on new & used bikes.

Gainesville HD in Gainesville. Small, friendly place. Have never been able to buy anything there because of what I considered high prices, but I have several friends who claim to have gotten great deals there.

Adamec HD has 3 locations in Jacksonville and is rumored to have a new one going up in St Augustine this year. Each dealership is moderate in size, but friendly with competitive prices on bikes. At least the sales staff will work with you. Helpful Parts & Service Departments.

Rossmeyer's Daytona HD. The absolute worst dealership in the universe & this includes Car Dealers, Boat Dealers, RV Dealers, Tractor Dealers, Drug Dealers, and Horse Traders. Btw, they don't sell anywhere near the number of bikes that Seminole, Space Coast & Adamec do. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with them. Just stay away.

I am fortunate enough to have a few dealers, my experience with them is vast.... As a member of a large riding club many bikes brought and serviced/// Some close, some a good distance but worth it.... Liberty HD, Staten Island HD, Williams HD..Long branch, Bergen HD and BArbs... can;t say anything bad about my experience

HD NYC

Stay as far away as you can from their service department! Had a horrible experience in 2016 when they were repairing my bike that was run over in my parking garage. Took over 10 weeks for basic work to be done because they couldn't order the parts correctly, spray painted things, etc. Called me last month to trade in my bike! I would rather burn it than give them another dollar.

HD of Danbury CT

Great place for customer service! Bought my first sporty here and was really happy with the way I was treated and the service that followed.

In New Zealand amps or Auckland Harley, parts department. Oh so difficult on many occasions and many ways. The latest... The guy can't get a price or make an order from performance machine because he has to email them. the boss is away for a couple of weeks, so he can't email p.m ..... Have to wait for the boss head of parts to get back. Trained monkeys I tell you.

No pressure sales. In fact i told them what i wanted and what i wanted to pay and they delivered. No haggling just a great price on my 15 RGS. They treated us like a King and Queen. I won't buy from a dealer/salesman that gets in my way when i'm window shopping.
