My 107 review

My 107 review
Hi guys,
Just thought I'd share the results of my latest upgrade...
I have a 2010 FLHR. I had a stage 1 done when I bought the bike but really wanted to wake it up. Was looking at either adding some cams, the Screamin' Eagle 103 kit or all out with the Fuel Moto 107... After extensive research here, I decided on the 107 (thank you all for the reviews!).
I felt totally at ease ordering the FM 107 kit. They were great to speak with on the phone. All of the glowing reviews here certainly helped as well. One thing they did that impressed me, was their recommendation of a head pipe. I wanted their Jackpot 2-1-2 header but it was back ordered. Since I wanted to do the build right away (and I'm not crazy about the V&H Power Duals) they said to give Fullsac a call.... Ended up getting their X-pipe. Fullsac said to go with the "C" version for a 107.... I already had Python slip-on's and would be keeping them. Sound is very impressive now!
So, another tip of the cap to the forum... You helped me chose Pete's Trick Racing in Winchenden, MA for the install work. I can't say enough good things about him. He really knows his engines and puts in a lot of time and effort to get your bike to it's fullest potential! In addition to the 107 install, he ported the heads and did a dyno tune.... The results are very impressive!
108hp and 120 torque!! I'll post the dyno sheet if I can figure out how to get it off my iPhone....
I was a little apprehensive before I bought this kit as what I really wanted was low end pull.... I don't spend much time at all in the 5000 rpm range and thought this may be a little too much for me and my riding style. Not only do I have that low end now (making 100 torque at 2700 rpm!), but this bike just wants to keep pulling and pulling!! I'm laying off the throttle way before the bike has given me everything.... huge smile every time I hit it!
So, count me as a satisfied customer of Fuelmoto and Pete's Trick Racing! Anyone in New England, talk to Pete... He's a great guy to deal with and will treat you right!

I'm sure your bike was built correctly and is running fine, but, two quick things. Check your back brake pads. Pete uses a Dayton dynamometer, which has no load control. Instead the operator uses the back brakes to provide a load while tuning(that's why the Dayton is $8000 compared to $25000 Dynojet). 2nd, sometime you may want to get a #HP/TQ run done on a dyno, with load control, so you can compare results. Just a 2cent opinion.
