I had FM send me heads and juggs, had to pay the core charge. Then when I got them I did the build and sent them my heads and juggs and got my core charge money back. That way you have the packing material also.
Sweet!! That's how I was hoping it worked!!! I did send Jamie an s email asking, but I'm sure with the holiday I may be waiting for a response. I knew I'd get the answer here!! 107" is probably the way i'll go. The 113" may be a little out of the price range. I'll get the heads and throttle body done too. I did notice someone saying on another post about the bottom end not being able to handle torque higher than 120. Is this true? I do ride it hard, wouldn't want to have problems down the road!!
I haven't heard of anyone having a bottom end problem with the 107 FM kit. I just did my build and only rode it about 10 miles so far. Can't wait for spring.
Do you really trust Harleys stock bearings, plus what is the crank run out at this time. anything over 3 thou. is pushing it for tq and 100 plus hp. may seem like costly until you figure the cost of total rebuild, which may even include replace the cases.
keep going back and forth. i like the torque of the 107", but i like the fact that with harley's you get injectors, intakes, and get the cranks machined or buy a new one...i'll wait to hear back from fuel moto before deciding anything. in the mean time keep the opinions coming!!

i am going to go with fuel moto's 107" kit with the level b heads. i already have the 555 cams, and lifters installed. so, how long do you think it would take a dealer to do this work? seriously considering doing it myself.

If your even slightly handy you should do it. The hard part is the cams and thats done. Between FM video's, the forum, and the manual it should be easy. Start a thread and everyone will pitch in!
