I picked up a set of lower fairings that I'd like to put speakers in. I alsopicked upa Mitzu 500 Watt, 2 channel 4 ohm mini ampto power speakers, for an I-Pod or satalite reciever.I have a Road King Classic so I don't have a full fairing. My question is this...will the amp I have possibly power the hog-tune or similiarspeakers? and the amp will fit under my seat but will it get too hot there with no-breathing room?

Pez the who you will deal with at Hogtunes. \\; I have emailed him 3 or 4 times over the last few weeks, he always responded within hours. \\; We'll find out just how good Hogtunes is soon, I have a 3-Way system coming.

not wanting to flame someones product but any amp that will fit in the fairing will work.i run a 200 watt rms blaupunkt pa2100 2 channel amp with a set of 60 rms watt 93 decibel rating jl audio componets that i found on ebay. whole setup was less than 230$. i cant see the justification of big bucks for the hogtunes setup

my buddy yanked the HK system out of his SG and installed a New Pioneer Head Unit, \\; with Kenwood components and an ARC audio amp.  \\; The amp alone was one of the best upgrades he did, \\; Just the kenwoods off the head unit sounded good but when he added the amp it took it to a whole new level of sound quality and volume.  \\; I'm actually selling the amp for him right now. \\; heres a link if anyones interested, Not to hijack the thread or anything.
