Default Ape hangers for road glides

How high can you go with ape hangers on a 2012 road glide custom with out switching out the stock wiring? ( throttle wire ect. )

Depending on the bars "as much as" 12.5. I did a set of tens a couple weeks ago and there was plenty to spare...

Thanks I really like carlini apes in the 12 for 350$ but wasn't sure about the wires thanks

I bought mine new with 10" heritage bars. There is still some room in all but the brake line.

Carlinis tend to run higher than their number...12s are probably 13.5...
