On my 14 RK i have a toggle on left which controls my lower fog set. Then another toggle on the right which is dead, im assuming i can use it for anything...
Is this wired to function as the other toggle, where the power is killed when i shut the key?
Also where are the terminals for this switch, or do i need to run my own wires/fuses?
I forget exactly which wires they are, but behind the headlight you can access the switch wiring. I use it to control the power to my GPS when I have it mounted. The switch is only active when the ignition is on. If you have a shop manual, you can locate the proper wires.
The plug is under the seat and is switched with the ignition switch. Here is a link to a harness to use for connecting to this switch for your accessories. Hope this helps.
