My PCV has been on the bike for nearly 4 years with zero issues.

My pcIII took a crap after 4years. Started dumping fuel into into the bike injection. It would flood as soon as I try to start it. I sent it back to Fuel Moto to get checked, they told me that they could not find anything corrupt in the program remapped it and sent her back (free shipping back). I plugged it back in and the bike flooded. Unplug it bike starts fine. I am not good with computers or programing but, the pcIII is broke. I ordered a pcv today from Fuel Moto, I have my fingers crossed.

Just installed a PCV tonight from FM. Going to run the map installed for a while and then adjust as needed for elevation. Hope it lasts a long time and many miles.

After having my PC-V for 13 days now, they still have not even attempted to reproduce the problem. They plugged it into a bench test box and tested the things which DIDN'T fail, USB communication, system power suppy rails, etc. But they have yet to test the actual failure, which is that when plugged into a motorcycle, the bike LCD shows a "VIN ERR" and doesn't run. They seem confused by that fact that it doesn't fail their tests, even though they are not testing the actual problem. I was able to reconnect the PC-V to the bike and reproduce the failure within 5 minutes. 13 days later, they still haven't even attempted to do this.

This is the reason that I make (and stand by) the statement that their techs and their customer service (specifically Chris Kelly and Stan Lass) are retarded. And like so many people in this world who don't have quite enough going on upstairs, they try to compensate for it with emotionally charged, pointless rhetoric, and a mean-spirited attitude. Know what I mean, motolocopat? Thanks again for your insightful contribution to the discussion.
