I replaced my headlight connector today on my 06 FLHX. the replacement has a black, a yellow and 2 white leads. The original only had one white wire. What does the white wire go to? Hot? I forgot to check with my volt meter bfore I buttoned the bike back up. Any ideas? Thanks....
when I have replaced headlight plugs, i have used high temp from auto parts store.

I should have gone to an auto parts store, not HD. Duh! Plug and 1 bulb (oem) cost around 29 dollars. Note to self: Don't work on scoot until I have "finished" my first cup of coffee in the morning. And skip HD unless absolutely necessary. All put back together and test rode before the rain set in. All good. Thanks for the input.
