He said he put another K&N filter on it he likes them better and kept the harley one? The K&N are easier to get off. What do you think?
If thats the case why was there corrosion on the filter? After everything is cleared up with this guy might be time to find a new place to take the bike.

I dont know if there was corrosion on my old filter but he did give me my leftover oil back and i gave him a gallon jug. The engine oil looked fresh. He said all holes looked good.

So you gave him a harley filter to use and he decided "HE" liked K&N better and just put one of his on and what threw the Harley one away? I hope you didn't pay for amsoil and gave it to him and he decided he liked generic no-name non-syn oil so he put that in your bike? I do my own, but if I bring my stuff to a shop and ask them to change it for me I d expect what I gave them to be used unless I was notified before them making the change!

Anyone in MD that could look at it for me? Yes i did give him all the parts.
Somehow I don't think this Indy buys all K&N filters and then gives them away to anyone that brings in a non-K&N filter and just has a room of un-used Non-K&N filters? If he has a K&N only rule you should have been told before you dropped off the bike and then he gave you back the Harley filter and included the price of the K&N in the fee for services.
Something sounds wrong here, my guess is they didn't change your filter and now there blowing smoke up your butt!
