I'm one of the SG guys he is referring to, and I will say that the stock windshield is horrible for everything except looks. When I still had the stock speakers and no amp I changed the windshield to a 9" and the I could hear the stereo MUCH better. I can't go back to the 4" now at all - even on the hottest days I can't take the noise and buffetting!

I just ordered the speakers today for my Ultra. I decided to replace all four because I figured that if I replaced only the front ones it would make the rears just all that more useless. I'll let you know how they sound.

I put 4 hogtune speakers in my 1998 Classic. When I bought it back in the Fall of 1997
I had the Harley rear pods & amp installed at delivery. 2 years ago I added the Hogtune
speakers and it was a HUGE improvement. When my Wife took delivery of her 07 SG last
July her 1st add on was a set of front speakers. I didn't tell her about it. She came home
from work and they they were waiting at the door. She asked me what I bought for MY BIKE
and I had to laugh cus I told her the present was for her. She loved them as i new she would.
Problem then became when I took her 07 SG for a ride and loved the extra power it had.
Now I wanted a 07 model too ... The problem was I was afraid I was going to miss my
radio and speakers and when I mentioned I wasTHINKING of selling my bike my friend said
he wanted to buy it. So the Wife said I work hard and deserve a new bike so I agreed on
ONE condition ..... That the day I ordered the bike I get to order 4 new hogtune speakers.
She then asked WHY 4 speakers ? I answered that is what a ULTRA has ..... LMAO ....
Needless to say I just took delivery of the bike last Friday and the FIRST thing I installed
were my speakers !
Yes I am a HAPPY BOY !
Here is a vid I made last Summer of my 98 with the Hogtunes at FULL volume and
no the audio is NOT dubed in. What you here is what is playing from my radio.

How is it going buddy. I also just ordered (and it is in at the shop) another
rubber groment filler for the hole where the antenna was on the Wife's SG.
