The price they want for those it would be going back. If you charge top dollar for a product you'd better have a top dollar product and stand behind it.

I also purchased a Blem from James and cannot find anything wrong with it

I bought a blem from them and I could only find a couple really small spots and they weren't in a area that you have to look through when riding.

I think it's a good thing that fellow riders can share the experience they have had with certain vendors on this site. As maybe it will save the next guy from grief. Reviews of online purchases are a common practice now everyday. In person reviews are done every day to brick stores. Either posted on BBB,Yelp,Facebook,Angie's List, etc... without letting other people know their experience then the company will continue to be a non care attitude.

Most of the items we purchase for our bikes cost a little more then $20.00, so I can understand someone getting a little discouraged, and annoyed by lack of correspondence on a timely matter to resolve the issue. Real world is instant emails, Phone call, text. No excuse for delay of reply.

Just my $.02
