Default Replace/Upgrade 1997 Front End with 2013 Parts?

Looking for some help/info. I have a 97 Ultra with fork lowers that are the worse for wear and tear. Through a friend I have the opportunity to purchase off of a 2013 Street Glide the following...

Fork lowers along with 18” factory front and rear rims and tires. The front wheel comes with the Brembo calipers, rotors and lines for what I consider a fantastic price of $350. My questions are these..

Will these 2013 Fork LOWERS fit my 1997 Forks? A plus would be the ability to replace my current 16” rim and Two piston calipers with the 2013 18” rim and 4 piston Brembo calipers and rotors. So whats the verdict? Is it a bolt up or am I looking at modifications and if so what are they? Thanks folks for any help.
B.H.

I have recently assembled a similar package of parts for my older bike, following other threads here on HDF about doing just exactly that. I'm also using single-rate Race Tech springs and Intiminators, just need to solve which rotors to use. Hopefully someone will be along soon who has actually done it!

Why not use the factory rotors?

I'm investigating Lyndall composites, although not having much luck at present. Factory floating rotors are plan 'B'!

I've already bought most of my parts! Yes it should work, but it would be useful if someone can point you to a recent thread about doing it, just to confirm for you.

When you say it includes the lines, does it come with the master cylinder too? Click HERE for WVUltra's conversion write up. The wheel will fit, you'll just have to address the bearing/axle difference as that wheel uses 25mm bearings.

It doesnt have the MC but that looks like it is optional. The bearings shouldn't be an issue because I plan on using the 2013 lowers correct?

Is it coming with the axle too? Fork lowers are aside and separate from an axle.
