I just purchased an '07 FLHTCfor about 3k under what anyone else was selling it for, or what either KBB or NADA valued it at. How? Check into your local dealers to see if they participate in the "Fly and Ride" program. These are bikes that are reserved for members of HOG that have flown into another area and want to rent a Harley. The riders are experienced Harley riders and know how to ride (plus they have money), plus the bike is regularly maintained by the dealer's mechanics. After a year, or 20K miles, they sell them off for a song.
