Went out to check the tires today.. first I checked the air pressures front and back. All were good only off by 2 psi, but I aired them up to 40 psi rear and I like to run 38 in the front.
Next I rolled the bike to check the tires themselves. The front is OK, I think not so much the rear. Looks like the rear is cupping?
So if y'all can tell from these cell phone pictures...anything to worry about?
Not uncommon for tires to cup, especially the OE Dunlops. Just keep an eye out for any splitting (unfortunately which has also been known to happen on OE Dunlops).
Ive got 12k on the OEs. Cupping and howling. Ive got some new American Elites sitting in the garage that Ill probably put on later this winter, but not while I have 4-5/32nds still on the current tires.

A buddy that lives three hours away and only races sportbikes found mine at a dealer that doesnt even sell Harleys. I drove six hours round trip to get them, but they do pop up at the on-line outlets periodically.
I have stock Dunlap on my 20 with 15k on them now, howling a bit now but hope to get a wee bit more out of them but have a set of commander 3 sitting at the dealers ready to put on. Hopefully they don’t have any balance issues as tires are getting hard to find and it does not look like things are going to get any better for awhile.
