I have the popping and krackle too. It is addressed on several sites. Called Harley. They told my I was the only one reporting this. Taking it to the dealer today for a second attempt to fix. Customer service 1-800-258-2464. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
I have the same problem!! I have called Harley twice. unfortunately it hasn't had any effect on getting my Limited back to me minus the problem. It has been in the shop 4 times for a total of 11 days and counting since i purchased it 4 weeks ago. Hopefully they find a fix soon.

Not necessarily..I don't use my intercom and mine cracks when on the radio but not the usb or bluetooth.. I just figured it was something to do with the radio..

Did you turn the intercom off? If you did and it still crackles then I'd take it in.
