- JD Customs FXRT Fairing
- 10" Krauss Isolated Risers
- Stage 1 w/ TBR 2 into 1
- Flomoto Footpegs
- Viking Lamellar Bags
- Great Bike Gear License and Light Relocation Kit

I have thrassin bads installed but love the hard bag look! Did you have to fabricate the mount for the bags or where you able to use the ones that came with the bags from viking?

Since an LRST is pretty much an LRS with an added fairing and bags, you could perhaps pull the fairing and bags off, mount them on the Fat Bob, and sell the rest of the bike as a low-mile Low Rider S, right?

Or get the Wedge fairing for the Fat Bob, that way you can keep the distinctive headlight and keep it looking like a Fat Bob. And then you could sell the LRST.

I've been sorely tempted to get the Wedge, but I really enjoy taking the windshield off and riding it as designed and intended. It's just such a different experience. All in my head, I'm sure, but it just makes the bike seem more nimble and makes me more connected to the experience.

I am adding auxiliary lights to my FB, I want to use the factory auxiliary kit to opera them, does anyone know the location of the pin for the switch in the harness, or the electrical wiring diagram for it? I will be using a relay to isolate the lights, but I need the trigger wire coming from the switch. Thanks in advance.

My FXFBS is nearly done, only job left now is the tank swap. In this last round I put new bars on, ran all the wiring internal to the bars and converted it to a hydro clutch so those could go in the bars as well. Cali Raised Moto light conversion with the Memphis Shades fairing. Custom machined quad lock mount as well. If I can't see at night now, I am the problem.

Luckily everyone has his own taste. I am not very enthusiastic. It’s is nicely done, but why did @idiomatically buy a fat bob? If you like fairings, buy a LRST. This is killing the original look of the fat bob….

I have been riding for more than 45 years and I have yet to see a stock Harley anywhere other than the showroom floor. People buy a "Platform" to then make it their own. As the owner of a Fat Bob and a LRST, I can tell you they are very different bikes with or without the fairing. Probably the biggest difference is the mid controls on the LRS/ST and the fat front rim/tire of the Fat Bob. I like taking my Fat Bob out for sorter rides where I will be on the back 2 lane country roads. I like the LRST for the same but also for longer trips where I will be up on the Highway for miles. I have the luxury of having both, but many do not. Guys have been adding fairings to Fat Bobs, LRS, and many Softtails and Dynas for years.

Blatant post of my girls. Sisters for sure, but very different rides.
