The definitive answer. Yes it is what they call a paper and mesh filter. Yes it is washable. Yes it isn't anywhere near as washable as an oiled cloth filter and will disintegrate after a few washes. The techs recommend not counting on it surviving more than one wash, and then wash gently.

When on the viking bags website they don't list those Lemallar bags for the Fat Bob.Js that because the stock exhaust would get in the way?Also are those bags the same for all softails?Do they go kn with the Harley holdfast sissy in place?They look great.

I had a similar issue on my '21 FB... never took it to HD but was charging it regulalry because of the issue and and still getting dead battery when out on rides (fortunately carry a Noco pack). Ended up replacing the battery - went with Anigravity ($$$ but the weight savings was worth it to me). OEM battery didn't quite make it 2 years. This was about 8 months ago, no problems since

nice! Isnt it a bit risky having no heat shields? And I think the hot pipe influences the air intake temperature a lot! But I like the looks
