Front, rear or both?
Dennis Kirk shows the Night Dragon rear in stock,
They also have the Bridgestone Exedra Max, front and rear in stock
As a last resort there is ebay, here is a set of Cruisetecs, but it ships (free) from Italy https://www.ebay.com/itm/33459109416...Bk9SR-LpqqH-YA
Yeah I want to replace both stockers with something more road worthy. I saw Dennis Kirk and all the usual places have the Night Dragon rear but no one has the front. I found the Metzler Cruisetech fronts but no rears.
Not sure about Ebay for tires and date codes etc.
I went through the same thing. I bought my front cruisetec first and had to wait about a month for the rear, which was a good thing, because when the rear was available there were no fronts in stock.

Well I did just that. Bought a front from Cycle Gear and a rear from a place I have not heard of (Cobalt Cycles) who had one in stock. lol Hopefully both arrive soon and I can get them mounted up. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the Cruisetec perform on the FB!

This is my 2022 Fat Bob 114 I picked up in August, loving this thing. Putting Legends AXEO cartridges in the front and the Legends REVO-A mono in the back really made her come a live handling wise, will need to get some better rubber for the rims next. Even with just the Stage 2 SE Torque Cam and a Dyno wow it pulls hard.
Only thing left I really want to do is get the Saddlemen Speed Merchant seat but it’s proving impossible to find one in Australia. Oh and waiting patiently for my HD billet brake arm to come into stock, things have a shocking lead time at the moment. The stock brake arm is woeful on these things.
The bottom of your fork legs look different, where have you had that from?
A drop in red K&N air filter would really set this off imo.

Thanks mate, I am really happy with how it has turned out so far. The Front fairing, fender and lower fork covers are from Killer Customs https://www.killercustom.com, had them prepped and painted locally. KC are in Lithuania, but really easy to deal with and great customer service.
I will take a look at the red K&N like you recommend, cheers.
First off, I love this bike! Just looking to add a little more...
I am wanting to put in the SE 447 torque cam in my 2020 Fat Bob 114. I already added a V&H slip-on a few months ago.
Looking at adding the SE Torque Cam, SE Street Turner and a K&N oiled high flow air cleaner filter. Was told the 114 already has a upgraded SE air cleaner just the filter would be a good upgrade.
Questions:
Do I need a full exhaust to install a torque cam or is the slip-on fine for now? Was thinking about adding a full exhaust down the road. Was trying to stay on a budget.
Does my V&H slip-on need a tune on it's own?
Is the SE torque cam and SE Street tuner a good choice. Not too concerned, but bike is under warranty until 3/23.
Should I wait until I'm out of warranty and just go with an S&S with a DynoJet tuner? Was thinking HD SE would be the best choice since it's their bike... Who else to tune it.
My Fat Bob had the SE 447 cam and just some Rinehart slipons, the bottom end torque was awesome, I didn't own it when it was stock so can't compare.
It now as the SnS 475 and a 2-1 Bassani exhaust, now it's a freaking beast lol

Slip-Ons really don't need a tune just for them, its when you add air to the mix you really want to have a tune. The Ventilator Air Cleaners don't need to be upgraded or touched from stock for a Stage 2 on these bikes, they already do the job so save coin if you are working to a budget imo.
I went with the SE Torque cam and other recommended upgrades as I wanted to keep the factory warranty intact. The flash tunes HD use are safe and while won't be 100% like a top dyno session, you won't be missing out if I am honest, wait until the Warranty is done before getting it dyno tuned.
To say I am very happy with mine is an understatement, when the Warranty is up I plan to put a S&S 124 kit on the bike and have it dyno'd than but for the warranty period the SE Stage 2 is perfect. Will rip your arms out of your socket down low.
