For what you're describing, I would recommend the Harley HoldFast detachable tall sissy bar (it ain't tall, but the other one is absurdly short). You can get a luggage rack that bolts onto it, and the whole thing attaches or removes in about two seconds. You can get a locking latch so that you're the only one who can detach it.
For bags, it depends on if you're using the stock exhaust or not. With the stock exhaust, there are exceptionally few choices for the right side. I would recommend looking at Ends Cuoio. Their bags are reportedly of exquisite quality, and they attach using the same Harley Detachable mount, and can work together with the sissy bar, and they do have an option for a small bag on the right side compatible with the stock exhaust. https://shop.endscuoio.it/epages/676...r_Softail_2018

Looks like the hold fast sissy bar is out of stock. I'd like a sissy bar/luggage rack combo. Any other suggestions?
dealerships may stock them. I do alot of my ordering from shoputaharley.com. They typically discount their items to acommodate for shipping costs and a lot of the time you can save some $$$ on larger orders because the amount you save is greater than the cost to ship.

I'm going to install the Bassini 2 into 1 pipes, hopefully that will allow me to mount some bags. I agree with the tall sissy bar and luggage rack. I'm just having a hard time locating all the parts. I guess everything is sold separately. Have to order the bar, mounting hardware, the luggage rack, and the bar pad.
