At 10K miles, the front tire is at 5/32" and the rear is at 6/32". The front tire is scalloped on the left side severely, probably from my trip to the "snake" last week. The rear tire is squared off a bit but it still looks okay.

I now have 20.5K on the original tires. The front is at 3.5/32" and the rear is almost down to the wear bars at 2/32". The rear tire is extremely squared off and the front looks pretty rough. I'll be ordering new tires Monday.
I got 199 miles out of a tank of fuel tonight. (The gas station was a lot farther than I expected!.)
After I filled it up I saw this:
A new record:
I was in Colorado this week. I was amazed at the fuel economy I was getting. Almost 60 MPG at 65 MPH up and down the mountains. I never expected to see this!
Hey guys, been riding all my life but never owned a Harley. Just picked up a 2018 Fat Bob 114. Planning on Bassini pipes, need a seat and chicken rack for the wife, and would like some saddle bags. I've been reading through the thread and didn't see much about the sissy bar or bags. Any suggestions? By the way I'm in Florida - if your local drop me a note. Looking for rides and events. Most of my buddies are off road only
Hey guys, I have my first 2018 Bob since Saturday and my first (stupid) question is ...how do I remove this seat ?? I took out the screw in the fender and then ?

Go with the H-D HoldFast stuff for the back rest. For bags, look into Leather Pros.

once the screw is out, gently lift the back and pull it about 6 inches backwards. That releases the tongue from under the tank. Then you have to pull the whole thing forwards to get it out from under the sissy strap, without scratching the paint.
