I’m glad I didn’t know they were coming out with cast 16” wheels. I probably wouldn’t have ordered from Southern Machine and been disappointed as hell when I saw those for the first time. Thanks for keeping it a secret, MoCo!
I ordered the contrast cut Lawless wheels - fewer machined channels to catch dirt, so they appear easier to keep clean. Thanks to Hulkss’ mod thread for pointing me to Southern Machine.
There were three solids (V.Black, Billiard Burgandy, and Tahitian Teal) and a pair of Two-tones (Billiard Red/V.Black and Silver Pine/Spruce), but no Crimson or Crimson/Cream.
The spoke wheels were the main reason I didn't buy a Heritage when I was comparing Sport Glide to Heritage. The cast wheels make me want to go looking at 22 Heritage.

I am looking at the 2022 Heritage. But I am having a bit of trouble with the price and especially the upcharge for the chrome spoke wheels. I do like the style of the cast wheels but not much into the black. Since I am a chrome guy, does anyone know if those new wheels can be taken somewhere and be redone in chrome? The bottom line would be, can it be done for less than, what $1500 for a set of aftermarket wheels?
Good riddance to the left side dummy fuel cap. A horrible thing imo. I have one on my 21 Slim, an awful bit of design I think, just to copy the old real double fuel caps.

Could of deleted it sooner I guess but at least it's a fuel gauge on Twinkies

I miss having two tanks and two functional gas caps.
