Default Source for V-Twin Audio lid adapters

Is there a preferred place to purchase the V-Twin Audio 6x9 lid adapters?

If you need the V-Twin Audio adaptors call them on the phone for the order. They reduced the shipping for me.

American Hard Bags makes a set but you have use a "nut sert" tool that's an extra $25 bucks or around that if you don't have one already.

After asking I found out neither company will work with the CVO electric bag locks. Looks like I'll be making a pair.

I added a tweeter mount to my vtwin audio adapters. so their design may be a good starting point if you don't already have one. the two piece design lends itself to modifications pretty easily imo.

That may be worth trying. I'll look at some pictures of installs to see if I can do what is needed.

My 15 doesn't have power locks, but it was still kinda tight clearance on the plate that bolts to the lid. I just trimmed and shaped the area until I got the clearance I felt I needed without thinning the part out too much. I just used ABS sheet I purchased on amazon for $25. I probably should've taken more pics. Good Luck with the project, saw bike in other forum, gonna be a MONSTER!
