I wish someone could figure out how to jail break this thing.
I have the Arc/focal set up.
I am very disappointed in the shop here as far as service goes they will not work with me or listen to what we think we know.
Bike has been flashed twice now I had a 9.30 am. appointment and what they did to me was just fit it in at their convenience did not get bike back until 2.45 pm. the guy I like to get down there was on vacation. I want to keep running my bad mouth but will leave it alone.......
I had a 128 flash on it and now I have 131 flash on it. It is better a lot better than it was I have some bass, treble control and can see rear fader but does not work as has been talked about by others. I'm suppose to have rear speaker output but I need to verify this I do not have rear speakers yet. I do not doubt that its probably throwing some codes but have not checked I will have time today to play with it.
Two profiles with bike off sounds better bike running seems to loose some punch nothing new just like everyone has talked about. Today I am going to check amp output with bike not running and running tentative thought is tweek amp again while bike is running. I think I can work with the way it is for now if I have rear output.
I was just on the RF website looking at the wiring charts. I'm installing the 2-Ohm Infinity Kappa's like a lot of folks here. I've been out of car audio for a long time so I'm not sure I'm reading things exactly right. So since the Kappa's are 2-Ohm speakers, is everyone wiring them up like this?
Oy.... RF PBR300X2 and the Infinity Kappas on a 14 SGS..... If you're a moderator please just delete these posts...... Thanks for all you do UN! And the pun.......
Sam2010, check out the flash setting in this thread. They are the best so far but you will loose fade.
yes thank you very much I am aware of that I have everything printed out I have screenshots excetra. My shop hear I was trying to work with is a no go. They left me sitting there hanging while they took a walk in oil change. I had made an appointment. I did not get charged I think they knew that I was not pleased. I am going to contact the other shops in the area and see if any of them are more willing for all I know maybe one the other shops got something figured out I don't know but I doubt it. I think this goes for everybody we all appreciate all the information in the threads.
Has anyone ever come up with 14_OFF.bin when they had their radio flashed? I ask because that is what comes stock on the CVO's.....they have the Boom amp already installed. I'd be curious how that flash works with an aftermarket amp. Assuming their isn't as much VooDoo to all of this as we think, it might just work better than the other flashes.
