You might think about doing something like that in the rear anyway. I think the pulley side would benefit.
Maybe when I get back around to the 200 rear tire. For this season the rear gets shocks only.

Shiny bits. A little wavy, but I can deal with it. I may hit'em with the buffer when I get home.

I'm not sure it's actually gonna be a Wide Glide when I'm done. Maybe a Wide Bob? Or a Fat Glide?

Which CAD program are you doing your drawings with? I am a Catia guy myself.

BTW, you've been thanked 666 times!

Certified Professional in Autodesk Inventor Pro 2016. Been on Inventor since r5. Started playing with CAD back in the late 80s with AutoCAD r10

I designed with Mechanical Desktop for 13 years, did 2 years of Inventor and have been on Catia now for 7 years. Inventor was pretty sweet, it was my first "tree" based design software.

We used Desktop before Inventor matured enough to be used at the enterprise level. It's come a long way but still has some things we'd like to see improved. Routed systems are a weak point. I've done tens of thousands of 3D bent tube designs and ironically Desktop was easier to build them using the data we typically start with (pre-defined XYZ centerline vertex data) We are a huge Autodesk consumer and have the benefit of being able to sit down with the developers and help guide improvements, bug fixes, and added features. Routed systems has been on the docket for years now. I used to have a monthly conference call with them on the topic, but they seem to have changed focus. I no longer get invites. Oh well.
