Thanks. Formal PT is all done. Just trying to get back into my old fitness routine now. I used to run about 20 miles/wk, but haven't had the energy or motivation to really get back to it. I'll be with my sister all of Dec and she goes to the gym every day so that will help me. Her routine will help kickstart mine...I hope.
Thanks everyone (DeDe, Tarik, etc) for the kind words the last couple weeks.
Nice to hear. Maybe you should try cycling. Low impact, good for the overall body. I ride about 150 miles per week and have enjoyed the lifestyle for many years!

SoCal, right? Sounds like a good place to be in December! I'll be spending some time with family in December as well (though less than I would like), but the weather will be different in northwest Massachusetts...
I think I've got the lens nailed down. Quite a bit more work but it looks a lot better, both on and off. Cut a small radius and flattened the inside, then hand sanded the tool and extrusion marks inside and out to 2000, then polished.
Now I want to nail down the chamfers. I think I want them touching or overlapping slightly. Then move on to the closure/bracket part.
Decided to try another lens style. It doesn't really affect the appearance when off but the beam pattern gets SIGNIFICANTLY wider without losing any height. It's A LOT more work tho... I burned one of the divots trying to polish it...with a Q-tip in a Dremel @ 5k RPM. Need to think on it.
