Just looking at your set up what I see is essentially a tuning fork (risers) with a weight (clamp) on the end.Just bad harmonics going on I'm thinking. Couple of things I would try. Go ahead with the weights and see what that does. Then I'd check to make sure everything is good with the neck bearings.I would also play with the idle and look for a sweet spot on the bar ends. I'm 100% sure your not the only one that's having issues with similar set ups. Good Luck!

He’s not, I am too. I agree, I think this is a perfect storm where particular bike setup vs. bar type/size/length is causing an amplification of a particular resonant frequency. I’m no stranger to Harley vibrations, and I’m not particular sensitive to it, but this is killing me, and making my bike hard to ride.
I am ordering a foot of .75” lead rod to give that a shot. If that doesnt do it, then I’ll change bars.
My rear cylinder straight shots pipe shook like a mother which bothered me more than the right grip. Its just part of having a Vtwin high displacement motor. Im not sure what to make of the vibration going on in the higher rpms, something else is going on there. Its likely coming from the front motor mount. When my wife rode a 13' FXDC she complained about a horrendous vibration. I trimmed part of the rubber on the mount which took care of most of the vibration. After it broke in, there was only a buzz at the 2500-3000 range. They must have worked that out at the factory because my 16' doesnt buzz at all in that range

Its NOT part of having a high dispacement Vtwin. I dont think the motor is making excessive vibration, and I already have a Predator motor mount. This is a bar resonance problem, Im convinced. We shall see. Unfortinately I have to wait a week and a half for the lead to arrive, but rest assured, when it does I will nerd out post up details.
I am thinking I will shrink tube each 6” weight and see how tight it fits, if its fairly snug I’ll center drill the rod, and run a 4” deck screw into it to expand it to fit tight. If its not close enough, I think I will get a can of plastic-dip and dip the rod in that and then slide them in and let that set up first.
