Inner Cam Bearing

I put a cam in my FXDF 3 seasons ago and the ICB was replaced. It's probably got about 12K on it for mileage. I'm thinking about swapping cams again. Is it completely foolish to not replace the ICB while I'm in there? I haven't been able to find the bearing tool that I can borrow and I'm trying to avoid having to buy one. Thoughts?

To be short and sweet: yes. Only takes a few minutes to do bearings. Takes a lot longer to tear it all back down to do them after a failure.

The ones from Heartland are pretty nice... It's not a big deal, but there's a cutout in the locating plate that allows you to see the bearings while installing them. I found it handy...

you can get a kit from S&S, includes bearings, o rings and cover gasket for about 35 bucks on e bay. would not hurt to replace them while into the cam chest.
