Try loading the 393 base map, clear everything; IAC learned offsets andAFR learned offsets. Re-initialize the TMAT (3 cycles 30 sec. On / 30 sec. Off). Run the IAC auto tune function to a temp no greater than 280'F head temps. Stop the IAC auto tune function. Un-link. Re-initialize the TMAT again just to be sure. Start the bike twice. Now you should be ready to roll.

If you still think you have any timing issuestake a look at this thread.

Where did you git yer firmware update, I hear there's a test version of firmware out there. Hope you didn't git it yet. Zippers is suppost to release there new version pretty soon.
I got it from v - t w i n f o r u m s . com. I know its not the final release but I wanted to play around with the timing and decel settings. They will release the final version when they re-do theTuning Manual. The new software/firmware is awesome. I am very happy with the updates.

yeah guys, I'm hearing you. My 6th gear light is out also. I have done all the checks, but no illumination. It is a small thing, but one I would rather resolve. I took the bike out for a spin yesterday, and noticed an increase in popping and burbling on decel. I have done about 100km's since installing tmat. I am a novice at this, and have done all the work myself, as stated in another thread with cardboard et al, and find all this extremely interesting. I am needing to learn about adding/taking awayfuel such as Jman went into earlier.

I too will check out the link stinger, thanks and good luck to everyone out there dealing with this most interesting issue.

Man I didn't have problems this bad.oneither one I did. I didn't have the poppin except when I let off on the gas and on low restriction its normal to have some poppin.
I did have my speedo not to work and read and found the problem. The base map is one of the most important things.
I'm seeing it can be more complicated than I originally have had. Think some of it has to do with what kind of pipes you have too on the tuning part.

This is the latest beta firmware that I've been able to find. I'm pretty sure it's what broke the 6th gear indicator but everything else was working fine before I installed the new pipes and AC.
My light stopped working when I put the TMAX on my bike. Worked before. Hasn't worked since. I talked to them (Zippers) and they said to send it in to have it looked at. Since its not a big deal to me, I am waiting until winter to send it.

You have to set yer speedo calibration to yer year, model bike, mine is 45900. Then you have to set yer final drive to 87 and the Gear 6 tps ot 40 on the basic setting and load it.
