09 SG Drag bars
Traded in my 08 883 a few weeks back(Damn snow!) But I dont like the stock bars and wanna put drags on it but all I see on the HD site is Street Slammers for $259!!! I bought some for my sporty from HD for $60 and thats around the price I was looking for. Any suggestions??? Also is the stock riser welded to the handlebars or the sperate?

I got mine froma friend (free) but he got them on E-bay. Before I got mine I did a search on drag bars and found plenty of places to get them for cheaper than HD's.
Get a 2in tank lift from Jackyl. I did and it gives the bike a better look.

Check with your local stealer about some take offs. I found a set off an 08 night train at the stealer that were changed before the bike went out the door. I got tthe bars, risers and cables(clutch,throttle,idle and brake) for $100.00. Great deal I know but there out there if you look. The NT cables fit well on my Bob.

I put a set of 6-1/2" pull back risers and a set of "buff" 1-1/4" drag bars on mine. Similar look to the 08 Fat Bob but the risers pull back. Grand total of $160 bucks for both. I got the risers from JP and the Bars from Hog Alley in Georgetown TX, but other places online offer it. I measured my buddies Fat Bob bars and went with the same pull back and width he had. Very comfortable.
