Awesome looking wheels. They definitely have my vote. I have thoroughly enjoyed the thread thus far.

Yeah, choices choices. the Shelby would look great too. I am thinking about something completely power coated a matte black as opposed to a black anodized and contrast cut finish now. I dunno. I guess I'll have to wait and see what Santa Claus brings this year. As far as this rear cylinder leak, I'll get it figured out but it is going to take some time. Heading out on a trip next week so that will not be until after I am back.

I also like the black 8 spokes and the Primitives. The Primitives have a super industrial look to them which I think really fits the bike.

I love the Titan but there is too much polished aluminum for my ride. It would lose it's luster in all black as the reflections off the super cool angles would not work nearly as well.

I forgot to say, I am sticking with stock size wheels on this bike. My softail has a 21. I love the way this bike handles with stock sizes.

I like 'em! Do they accept dual rotors?

I currently run the HD Slotted 6 spoke that I had pc'd black. Obviously, they are not as smooth or refined as the ones you are looking at, but they were in my budget and I get a lot of compliments.

Yes we have a hub for that application. fI only have chrome ins tock right now but can get black ones. I can get gloss black, matte black (with very little sheen) or black anodized.

I hear ya on the 120R - I think its an excellent choice. After I sold the 95CI that was in the bike, the 120R engine itself ending up costing me about $2600. Course the new intake/carb was additional. I think for what you get that;s not bad.

Are you thinking on a true OD or a Direct Drive 6 speed?

I thought of a 6 speed, but decided against it. My reasoning was I didn't need a OD (either way you do it) since at 3-3.5KRPM the bike/120R is real happy and that's in the range of 70-80MPH. I normally don't need to go over 80 for long periods of time. Even on super slabs 80 is enough for me

Also, the 5 speed gear ratios are OK with the 120R and the dyna weight - at least for me. A 1:1 DD 6 speed really does give more acceleration, but 1st-3rd will go by real quick.

I have not really put much thought into which 6 speed yet as it is still a bit of a pipe dream. I like to ride fast and could certainly benefit from a 6th gear on the highway commuting, granted I'd probably going faster than I already am. Where di you buy your se 120R? How the mileage with that thing? 20 per gallon? Obviously you don't buy the motor for MPG, I'm just curious.

My favorites are the black magic Dominator, the Black Panther or the Lemans.

I also have the HD six spoke and had I see the HogPros before I got those I would have different rims today...
