One of the things I wanted to do was post a before and after video of the engine sound. I have a video of the before on my iPad but have never been able to upload it to Photobucket - fails every time. Anybody have any advice maybe I still can?

You can usually hear the lifters pump up and stop ticking while it's cranking, then it should start up nice and quiet.
+1 It took my motor about 3 seconds of cranking to build oil pressure FWIW.

Well guys, wish I could tell you I got it started but not yet. I finished everything and just wanted to prime up the engine like vdop and others have said but I could not get the Oil indicator light to go away when cranking, probably cranked about 20 times for about 10 seconds each time. Been on the HTT Forum and had a member tell me sometimes it can take a lot of cranks before the oil pressure will get going but then vdop said 2-3 times.

The only thing that keeps me positive right now is me noticing the oil quantity drop after cranking several times. When I put oil in the tank I noticed that 2 quarts put the level above "Full" and for a rebuild it should need about 3 quarts. Well I figured it was because there was not much oil anywhere except the oil pan, so sure enough it did drop down and I have added another 1/2 quart to keep the reading at "Full" so it seems like oil is moving but that da__ light will not go away

!!!!!!Update!!!!!!
One year after this post, I found out that on CAN-BUS bikes, the Oil Indicator light will NOT go out with the starter cranking. You should just crank a few times as mentioned, then put the spark plugs back in and fire it up. After starting up the engine(starter now is disengaged) the Oil Indicator Light should extinguish.

my 121 build took quite while to build pressure.

I neglected to pour a 1/2 quart into the cam chest before installing the lifters.

Well I never heard about that one either, the only thing in my cam chest was the assemble lube on all the pertinent parts.

Well you can tale the Ol turkey baster and pop a PR cover off and transfer some oil. I was surprised when my pressure picked up fast. The previous time it took several tries.

I've never poured oil in the cam chest. I pump the lifters full of oil with a little oil can as I'm putting them in and just put assembly lube on everything. I dump 2-1/2 in the tank and it'll prime in a couple tries every time. Do you have any pics of your cam chest assembly? Oil pump install in particular?

Hey vdop, sorry so slow to respond. On this thread, post 353 has a pic and short blurb on the oil pump install. Also over at the HTT Forum, I have a thread going on priming a new build with the pic there too - I am FBobPilot. Been on the phone with a Harley mech from the HTT Forum, he thinks I should try putting the stock bypass oil plunger back in - had installed the Axtell.

As mentioned earlier I have a thread over at the HTT Forum about my oil priming issues, well Steve from GMR called me a couple of time trying to help figure out why my oil indicator light would not go out. After talking to him and still not having a real solid direction to go and knowing that I wanted my bike tuned by someone with a great rep I decided to just load my bike up on my truck and take it to Steve as is. This build has taken up a ton of my free time for the last 2 1/2 months and my schedule ahead has very little free time until July and I want to start enjoying my ride now that the weather is nice so I decided not to spend extra time trouble shooting. So hopefully in not too long I will go pick up my bike fixed, tuned, and broken in. I will post any news when I get it, fingers crossed because Steve has given me likely hp/tq numbers that made my eyes , don't even want to say until I see what I get.
