Engine Build Time
I will weigh all this info along with what Steve tells me and just keep moving forward. I think I would not know what to do if I was completely happy about everything on my bike anyway

Going to see Steve(GMR) on Tuesday, first time getting dynoed so I assume I will be given a sheet - will post for sure.
You may want to hold out on the exhaust if performance is what you're after. I believe FuelMoto is designing a 2-1 tunable exhaust for most models.
From that 'other' forum:
"We are back from the show and running full throttle today, I thank everyone for the overwhelming support of our resurrecting the E-Series line as a Fuel Moto brand and it was really nice meeting a bunch of you at the show. This is a really big project for us and we have what I feel is a pretty well layed out strategy and timeline for the release of technical info, production, and when product is going to be available. V-Twin Expo was our introduction of the E-Series and where we are going with the brand. There will be much more info in the not so distant future, we will be posting in social media, forums, and several magazines are doing articles. As far as the product itself the E-Series elliptical disk was originally designed and patented by long time Fuel Moto/Jackpot manufacturing partner Kerry Bryant, and both of us have a love of tunable exhaust systems. Having ran Supertrapp for 13 years, then White Brothers for another 9 years Kerry no question has more experience than anyone on the planet about disk based exhaust design. I will try to set some time aside in the next several days to post some initial info and would like to introduce Kerry to HTT. Our initial plans are to first introduce FLH mufflers, FLH 2/1 systems, Dyna 2/1, Softail 2/1, followed by Sportster 2/1, and other muffler applications including mufflers to fit other popular 2/1 systems such as V&H, D&D, etc..
Hope this info helps....."

After discussing everything brought here recently about heads, hp/tq #s, and pipes with Steve, I am very satisfied and confident that my build has gone well. Could I have got more hp/tq if I had spent more $ on my heads - sure but I got a solid upgrade at a good price. The pipes are a problem - no if and or buts. The Bassani 1D5250s are not made for built engines, Kurt from Bassani said so and Steve concured. I think it is very reasonable to expect closer to 110/120 if I upgrade my pipes to something like D&D Fat Cats.
Now still there is this large difference in my dyno and jspace024, first as jspace has already said, if you convert to SAE it would bring his down 5% so 129/130 becomes ~ 123.5/124.5.
Now the rest is hard to explain, some better heads, some better tb, and some could be dyno operators differences - some are flat out more conservative than others. Anyway, jspace has a great bike hands down but that does not mean I am dissatisfied in any way with my build.
I rode my bike home today and it ran fantastic, it screams from say 30mph to 70mph. Right now I can not imagine needing more power. I do notice the torque dip at about 2500 to 3000 rpm - kinda explains why I like to stay at 3000+ a lot. At idle the sound is much deeper and throatier than before - love the sound. Anyway here ya go:
