Father in law has the bandit with hydraulic setup and it f$@king rips on his '04 RG.
Pics of the bandit hard at work...

I haven't reviewed the other clutches that you mentioned but I am guessing I now have some more homework to do.. I guess Alan is currently using the Scorpion and its not getting the job done..

I'm surprised it's slipping with a good spring. I've used the se spring at that power level and higher many times with no issue. I chose the Rivera over the bandit because I could get it much cheaper and it seems like the bandit is very fluid sensitive. I think the Rivera would be great with the power you're making. The silver medium spring that it comes with has an easy lever.

After discussing everything brought here recently about heads, hp/tq #s, and pipes with Steve, I am very satisfied and confident that my build has gone well. Could I have got more hp/tq if I had spent more $ on my heads - sure but I got a solid upgrade at a good price. The pipes are a problem - no if and or buts. The Bassani 1D5250s are not made for built engines, Kurt from Bassani said so and Steve concured. I think it is very reasonable to expect closer to 110/120 if I upgrade my pipes to something like D&D Fat Cats.

Now still there is this large difference in my dyno and jspace024, first as jspace has already said, if you convert to SAE it would bring his down 5% so 129/130 becomes ~ 123.5/124.5.
Now the rest is hard to explain, some better heads, some better tb, and some could be dyno operators differences - some are flat out more conservative than others. Anyway, jspace has a great bike hands down but that does not mean I am dissatisfied in any way with my build.

I rode my bike home today and it ran fantastic, it screams from say 30mph to 70mph. Right now I can not imagine needing more power. I do notice the torque dip at about 2500 to 3000 rpm - kinda explains why I like to stay at 3000+ a lot. At idle the sound is much deeper and throatier than before - love the sound. Anyway here ya go:

In order to say what jpace's sae #'s are, you'd need to use the weather conditions from that day, to perform the calculation.
Cannot just arbitrarily say a number.

If you look at our charts, the dip between 3500-4500 is present on both in the same rpm range. I think its the pipe. I have a stock clutch, but run a Barnett heavy duty spring and have an VPT92T lockup hat, so I dont think I'm slipping. As for the chart difference, aside from the numbers, Im running a different cam (Wood 8), so the power curve is expected to be different. Also, and Im no expert by any means, so Scott or Vdop chime in here if I'm off - with the larger throttle body you sacrifice air intake velocity for quantity, stripping some of the low end torque away, and with out the headwork to match this may be more pronounced.

Nice work Alan! Glad that it runs smooth.
Well, I too expect 110/120 but what the heck, you have a solid build. CheerS! BTW how much did you spend beside free labor? lol

Right on, Jeremy, as it all needs to come together in order to work together, and shy of that, it's like taking some parts, putting them in a bag and shaking them over your head, and dumping them out on a table.
