Thinking along the same lines - the WOLO seems a possible solution as shared in a previous Dyna thread,

I have been researching the subject of aftermarket exhausts extensively and read many other threads on this forum. I am looking at pipes and not slip-ons. It seems there are three really good exhaust companies for HDs. Vance & Hines, Bassani, and Rush.

V&H is clearly the big boy on the block. Been around for a long time. I like their 2 into 1 Big Radius and their Big Shots staggered. Many of the LR owners in this thread have a V&H exhaust.

Rush makes some good sounding pipes but not for bikes after 2011. I understand there was a change to the O2 sensor for 2012. Rush states that their pipes are ceramic coated inside and out and that the header portion of the pipe can run up to 300 degrees cooler. Anyone ever have Rush pipes and notice that big a difference in terms of heat?

I have not heard of anyone using a Rush product on their 2014-15 LRs.

Bassani makes a nice 2 into 1 pipe as well. But, again, I do not believe any LR in this thread have used any Bassani exhausts.

After listening to many sound clips on you tube, I like the sound made by the Big Shots staggered best:

Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated. Anyone use Rush pipes in the past and notice a significant heat difference?
